OK Environmental Waste Systems came to us through Bytz Computers in Kelowna.  OKEWS was looking for a way to customize their ticket system for local delivery and ensure that every one of their customers had access to easy communications methods to contact their company.  After our initial consultations we developed a customized web ticketing solution that also met their requirement for reporting to the municipal authority, the Kelowna District Council.

After further discussion and implementation, the customized ticketing solution is now only used for Customer Service Representatives directly taking customers phone calls however the power of the system still remains.  To look at their site directly, please click on the image to the right.

This was a very unique project in that the customized reporting and information recording was to be distributed to a third party.
