Erwins Fine Baking and Delicatessen located in beautiful downtown Kamloops on Saint Paul Street, a well respected local business and voted several times as Kamloops Best Bakery and Kamloops Best Kept Secret now has their own website!  The "Not so secret anymore" bakery featuring, breads, buns, rolls, cakes, gelato, treats and special dietary foods needed a way to showcase their products to their customers.  Erwin's came to Ai after looking down several different marketing and website providers.

We were very pleased when the Erwin's team walked in the door as it provided us an opportunity to integrate the breadth of Social Networking experience we have and put it to work for them.  As Erwin's did not already have a web presence, it made great sense for us to include these new features from the start rather than try and decided later on in the cycle what to change.  Social Networking or Web 2.0 is just another way of saying that we have integrated into their site the ability for users to leave comments on products, post their favourite ones to their Facebooks or other bookmark accounts, identify with other patrons and users based on dietary needs, and contact the store directly through this site to place certain product orders.

The value of this type of customer driven information on a website is immesurable not only to Erwin's business - but also to their potential customers, who are now able to receive customer feedback when looking at the varried products offered.
